 The shipper, not the product June 21, 2010

I don't have a problem with the ptoduct...yet because I'm still waiting. I do have a problem with the shipper Adorama. Order was placed on the "in stock" item on june 8th. Received a confirmation on June 9th. Finally received a confirmation of shipping on June 18th! Come on, 9 days to get an in stock item out the door? In the future I will pay a little more from a known reliable supplier rather than saving a few bucks buying from Adorama. My business relies on cumputers, phones, and faxes. I cannot accept this kind of service, and I hope Amazon takes a closer look at this seller. I'm still waiting. By the way, it is now June 24 at the time of this edit, and I'm still waiting.

This fax does print nicely but it is noisy and will not work with my phone/answering machine on the same line. I'm very disappointed with this product and I have dealt with Amazon for many years. This is the first let down.

This is a workhorse fax machine. We use many of these fax machines in homes where we conduct business. They are very dependable. HP inkjet machines are durable and have a very long life.

I bought this fax for occasional home business use. I soon had to buy a new ink cartridge, as the one that came with it went dry after about 5-6 pages. I found the new ink cartridge was quite expensive and due to needing it quickly I paid about $33 for it! The cartridge that came with it was only "introductory" and apparently contained less ink than the $33 unit (hopefully) This is a nice little machine for the price, but you will pay for it later with the ink
